We’re thrilled to share the recent collaboration of Le Cube, Silk Gallery, Landia, Coca-Cola, AKQA Bloom, and an exceptional lineup of graphic artists from around the world. This project celebrates the beauty and sustainability of returnable bottles through a groundbreaking multi-styled animation film.
Le Cube leveraged its extensive experience and relationships with some of the world’s most esteemed graphic artists to bring this vision to life. In partnership with our Silk Gallery, we curated a diverse array of talent, incorporating cutting-edge 3D, traditional 2D, and claymation stop-motion techniques. This animation showcases Le Cube’s ability to unite top-tier talent for a unique and visually stunning project.
Collaboration is central to Le Cube’s studio philosophy, enabling the assembly of an extraordinary roster of artists, many collaborating for the first time on this project. The synergy among the artists was unprecedented and very playful, creating an environment where they could do what they love and enjoy.
One of the primary challenges we faced was integrating numerous distinct animation styles into a single cohesive piece. Each piece of artwork was meticulously planned to fit into the animation, with key points identified for smooth transitions between styles. Extensive communication among the team ensured consistency in style and a fluid flow throughout the piece. It was a beautiful process to witness, with so many talents working together harmoniously.
With a commitment to pushing the boundaries of creativity, Le Cube continues to redefine what’s possible in animation and collaborative partnerships.
Collaboration and curatorship are integral to Final Frontier ethos, a commitment further amplified by Silk Gallery, our art space pop-ups around the glob. Silk Gallery bridges the gap between graphic artists and the wider art community, fostering connections and showcasing the diverse talents within Final Frontier and Le Cube’s network. In April, Silk Gallery hosted a pop-up in Shanghai, further expanding its reach. Notably, Silk Gallery
has featured works by Bernardo Henning, Oddis, and Andrea Devia-Nuño—all contributors to the Coca-Cola project.
This project exemplifies the power of collaboration and the extraordinary outcomes that can be achieved when diverse talents come together. We’re proud to be part of this journey and look forward to many more innovative projects in the future
