Andrea Devia-Nuño

Tactile worlds shaped through
color and rhythm.

Andrea Devia-Nuño is a Colombian-born, Spain-based visual artist, director, curator, and partner at Silk Gallery. Trained in graphic design in Argentina, her practice moves fluidly across digital illustration, painting, sculpture, and animation direction, building a visual language that feels both tactile and contemporary.

Alongside her career directing animated commercials and visual campaigns for brands including Google, Hyatt, BMW, McDonald’s, and Corona Cero’s Olympic Games campaign, Andrea has developed a strong artistic and curatorial practice focused on the intersection between graphic art, design, and contemporary art.

Her work has been featured in publications including Gràffica, Experimenta, DXI Magazine, and Graficatessen.

Influenced by architectural photography and the geometric art of the 1960s, Andrea’s work oscillates between figuration and abstraction, often exploring themes of nostalgia, contemplation, sensuality, and daydreaming through precise forms and vibrant color fields. Her multidisciplinary background as both artist and art director translates into films and visuals rich in composition, texture, and emotional atmosphere.
